I’m delighted to announce the HOY One Hundred Sportive on Sunday 7 September. The epic 100 mile ride starts in Skipton and takes riders over some of the toughest hills and most spectacular scenery in the Pennines – with 11,000ft of climbing. There will also be a shorter half-route option for those who want to see the breath-taking views without travelling 100 miles. I’ll be welcoming riders at the start line before heading off myself, riding alongside my fellow participants.

The event is being organised by Evans Cycles and supporting my charity of choice, SAMH. Entry includes pre ride breakfast and a hot meal afterwards, as well as well stocked feed stations on route, and rider support with mechanics and broomwagon. Full and half routes are both fully marked with waterproof maps provided and there is also electronic timing for every rider. All participants will receive a free HOY goody bag on the day.

Entry is £35 for both full and half routes with £7 of every entry fee going to SAMH. Limited to 1,000 places, click here to enter now or go to www.evanscycles.com
